Work through the list

1. 1Open Proofread from the left rail.
2. 2Filter the list by Correctness, Clarity, or Style when you want a narrower pass.
3. 3Select an issue to move to the affected text in the manuscript.
4. 4Select the highlighted text to inspect replacements, then apply one when it fits.
5. 5Dismiss an issue when the original wording is intentional.
6. 6Use Add Word in a spelling popover to recognize a name or intentional term across Minstrel.

Protect the voice of the project

Suggestions are prompts for inspection. Dialogue, invented names, regional language, and deliberate fragments may be correct for the work even when they are unusual.
