Work through the list
- 1Open Spelling from the left rail.
- 2Select an issue to see it in context.
- 3Choose a suggested replacement when it fits.
- 4Choose Ignore when the word is correct in this instance.
- 5Add names and intentional terms to your dictionary so they are recognized across the project.
Protect the voice of the manuscript
Suggestions are prompts for inspection. Dialogue, invented names, regional language, and deliberate fragments may be correct for the work even when they are unusual.
