Troubleshoot projects and exports
Resolve common open, save, preview, and export problems.
A quick diagnostic pass
- 1Save the project, quit Minstrel, and open it again from Finder.
- 2Confirm the source file still has its expected name and location.
- 3Try exporting to a folder you can write to, such as Documents.
- 4If a preview fails, try the export itself and open the finished file in its destination app.
- 5If the problem remains, contact support with the action that failed, file type, app version, macOS version, and exact error text.
