- 5Review the workspace preview and output findings for PDF, DOCX, or EPUB, then open the finished file after export.
Keep milestone copies legible
Use clear filenames that include the title, purpose, and date or revision label. This makes reading copies and submission drafts easier to distinguish from the active project.
