Use Minstrel chat
Ask questions about your story and review proposed revisions in context.
Start with a focused question
Minstrel chat is included with Plus and Pro. Open it from the Minstrel button at the lower right of the project workspace.
- 1Ask about a specific character, scene, or unresolved story question.
- 2Name the chapter or note you want considered when it matters to the answer.
- 3Read the response against your draft and ask a follow-up to narrow the problem.
Review changes before applying them
For a proposed manuscript edit, compare the suggestion with your intended meaning and voice before choosing Apply. A proposal waiting for approval has not changed the manuscript. Save after a revision you want recorded in Rewind.
Check access and usage
Settings > Account shows your plan, this Mac’s activation, and monthly usage allowance. Plus and Pro share the same features; Pro includes twice the monthly allowance. If the allowance cannot be loaded, connect to the internet and refresh the account information.
